Hello. Good, how are you? All right, let's take a look at your knee here. Are you having much pain in your knee? Just, uh, today more but. All right. Sometimes I have quite a few. It just depends. OK. So, I mean, again, it's, uh, very similar to before. You have arthritis in your, you have your patella fracture that appears to be healing, which is good. OK? I know they asked me when I went and got my brace, did you have surgery? I said, no. No, it doesn't require surgery. Um, OK. Did someone end up seeing you for your elbow? No, I go on Friday? Who are you seeing? I don't know. I go to Chino Hills. So actually I'm gonna have them, but I want your brace to be as locked when you walk. So I'm gonna watch it like this? Yeah, like a peggy leg just for the 1st 6 weeks, but you can 6 weeks, OK? And then you can, when you're sitting, you can unlock it, all right? And then you'll tell them how to unlock it and you can slowly bend your knee, right? And then when you straighten it out, you put this leg behind it and you straighten it out. You can just kind of use this as the guide. So all the muscles coming from this, not this, OK? So you can do that exercise. Locked, we have to have it locked. Straight, OK? So just lock it down with this little. Yeah, I'll have it. Does it hurt to push on it at all. OK. So, I wanna see you back, uh, in a month with an x-ray, OK? This happened March 31st. You're about. About, about, yeah, yeah, so you gotta have that brace kind of locked for. Almost till the time I see you back, you know, when you walk. All right. And then, but you can bend your knee, OK? I know it's a little convenient, but, uh, if your knee buckles, then what can happen is it can displace or fracture, OK? So let me have them adjust this, get it locked, and then, you know, yeah, yeah, I'll have, OK. All right. So let me get you the X-ray form and I'll have them come in here and fix this up for you, OK? Yeah. Physical examination, right knee range of motion is 0 to 80 degrees. There's some tenderness, there's still swelling. On the anterior aspect of her knee. Radiographs, x-rays of the right knee shows a healing patella fracture. There's arthritis. The patient's brace will be locked in full extension when she ambulates, she'll be taught how to unlock it to do knee range of motion passively. I'll see her back in one month with new x-rays of her right knee. colonoscopy 2 years ago. shingles vaccine last year
